stuck in lvl6 crypt( may be dumb)

I know that I must adjust the plates ,but which symbol is the first one to turn?Is It clockwise or anti clockwise

Oh dear!! I'm not sure if this has been covered on this forum, but I suspect it has. Please do a search. If it's not here, go to the JoWood forums, where it has been answered nearly everyday for the past few months. Honestly, I'm tired of doing this one.
