In the begining of U9 when you have to cleanse the shrine, i put the heart of compassion and the glyph there and when i say the command "MU" it cleanses the shrine, but the rune (which i need to give to raven to advance the game) and the sigil disappear in a flash of lighthing. No sign of the rune or the sigil where it supposed to be according to some walkthroughs. Any tips or fixes or is this a known bug? I'm using 1.19f (fan-made patch).

Oh yeah, I'm running a 2.0 ghz P4 with 768mb RAM along with a Radeon 9600XT 256mb and 40 gigs of space.

I thought the 9600XT only came in 128 MB denominations...no matter, of course, just a minor point of personal interest (my card is a 128 MB 9600XT, is why). Actually, you and I don't have all that different a system going. Mine's a little slower with a little less RAM.
Anyhow...so I take it then that you've looked waaaaaaaaay up. Because the rune (especially that one, it seems) can get caught way up in the air. You may need to use the fly cheat to see it.
