Ok, my question is in the subjectline.
I took the wires in the back and tried to fix it, but nothing happens/they got damage.

If you're talking about the cardreader in Mt. Gigas(and I don't know of any others...) You have to repair the back of the machine.

One thing to avoid is touching all wires at once. This results in your whole party being damaged (looks as if you've discovered that already!). Try to reattach one wire at a time. There is a certain order to go in. I think the wires are to be reconnected (if looking at the color on the BOTTOM) left - right - center.

I don't remember the colors, so I have to give those representations. If that's not it, just fiddle with it. It can be done! Good luck..
