Future planning with dragonrrot, goblin beary's...

Hello.
I'm at 14th level now I and I have collected rare plants for now. I already have 4-5 of dragonroot, goblin beary's and king's sorrel. I've read in the book at Xandra's that they can be mixed to make stronger str/dex potions (between other things) so now I wan't to know who can teach me that. I alwaysed hoped that I will learn it from somebody but as time is passing I'm starting to question is it worth it to wait for potions or just to get +1 by eating them.

btw. for speed I need snapperweed and meadow knotweed... what exactly do I make faster and is it permanant?

tnx.

with a speedpotion, you run twice as fast. (for 5 minutes)

and i'm not sure, but i think you'll learn the strenght potion in ch5.
the dex potion you can learn from sagitta (i think)

Snapperweed makes you run faster and its temporary. Like the other herbs, it can be made more powerful if you use alchemy and make a potion.

There are a couply of people who can teach you potions. Cant remember their names but on is in Khorinis under the brick walkway between the blacksmith and the water mage. Another is the old guy in the Khorinis slums who is near the small blacksmith and the guy sawing the tree). Only other one I can think of is the fire mage in the monestary, he is in the underground tunnels.

You need to learn quite a few potions before they will teach you how to make the real cool ones (Permanent Stat increase)

I know constantino, but he won't teach me anything (i'm in chapter 2 now). I became mercenary, not his apprentice. So I need to learn first how to make simple potions and then I can move to better ones?

Once you learned the basics of Alchemy, Constantino can learn you more potions.

You can learn the basics from the other alchemist (in the harbor district; but i forgot his name) ... or from Sagitta (after you collected the Sun Aloe for her).

You have to learn 3 potions before you can learn the permanent dex/str potions ..

ie simple healing -> medium healing -> greater healing -> str/dex potions
or simple mana -> medium mana -> greater mana -> str/dex potions
