Since I haven't heard of what you're asking about, we'll dig out the cheat book...

Kaushtarari: shrine to Malacath near Sadrith Mora
Kushtashpi: generic shrine near Ald Daedroth

Those are the closest matches I see.

The "cheat book" dteowner refers to is a detailed map of Morrowind (probably included in the strategy guide... I dunno)

You can get such map by running the program «Morrowind Interactive Map», which is developed by Lech March and last updated in Oct 2002. You can download it here.

Beware though, being struggled when finding a place is one of the reasons why Morrowind is so "fun" (or "not-so-fun"). So, this detailed map is cheating and should be used only as last resort.

@Txiabxyooj here is a link. You can view the map online or just dowload it in several qualities:

This interactive map is really helpful mainly when I was trying to find some small location.

I too found it anoying to find some places. Especially when an NPC's acts like you already know some spot. So it's just "Go souht of Ald-Ruh" how far you should go, and should it be straight South or a bit to the east he does not tell. The worst naightmare for me was finding the Guar Herd ( First quest in House Reordan )
