NOTR...Dexterity Tablet
   

Hey all,
I've found all the stone tablets but one...the Dexterity Level 3 (+6) tablet. I know that it's near the orcs that guard the bridge in Jarkendar near the valley portal. I could not find this thing for the life of me. Could someone please detail EXACTLY where I can find it and how to get to it. I checked the forums and located it on the map at WOG. but it still eludes me. Thanx.

You have to talk to the hermit and offer him clothes(armor) He will give you the stone as a reward.
