I don't think there's anything complicated about it - just chuck in the disk and follow the on-screen prompts. 
After you're done I would test that Tribunal installed successfully if I were you. The Launcher application will have a different colour background, select Plugins and make sure Tribunal.esm is checked, and when you get into the game check your Journal - click the item in the bottom-left corner and you should have a "Quests" item available.

Ok Thanks I have installed succesfully Tribunal. Just One question:
I'm a Dark Elf at level 7 there wont be any new monster in the morrowind area that I can't beat right???

Another Question here it goes:
Is there a way to charge a scroll??? cause I have found the Icariel Fight or Icarian Flight something like that (Is the One tha raises your acrobatics to 1000) and it is at it last use so I want to re-charge it.

Scrolls are "cast once", so they can't be recharged; you had three copies of that scroll, not one copy that could be used three times.
There aren't any more copies of the scroll in the game, but if you don't mind cheating, you could use the console to give yourself some more. The item ID is "sc_icarianflight". (Personally I wouldn't do it, since it would cease to be a unique and valued item, but it's up to you!) |

Yap...the ebony axe is good but the best axe in ths game is 2handed... summoned one(try a constant effect  )!As for not wasting the Icarian flight scrolls ,you may also try god mode (you can use a scrolll without wasting it...works for summon golden saints too)! |
