Where in Ebonheart is the guy (Apelles Matius) you see about the Dark Assassins? It's so dammed confusing in that place.

he is on the battlemands of the castle/ barracks. not indoors.

Walk trough Ebonheart, past the inn and walk right. He will be in some new armor type: adamantium (medium armor).
Most likely he walks near some stairs besides the tower.

I hope i'm clear enough, it is kind of hard to explain.
