When will Gothic be available in the UK?

A few days ago I ordered the game from Amazon.co.uk, they gave a release date
of 23 November (today). Yesterday I received an e-mail saying that the shipment
had been delayed and would be a few days late. I wasn't too bothered by this.. but
today I received an e-mail saying that the game had been cancelled!
When (or if!) will Gothic be available in the UK? Has the European release really been
cancelled? It's infuriating that this sort of thing even happens with games that are developed
in Europe.

eurogamer have got it listed as a november 30th release

as do other web sites.

so i don't think its been canceled

hope not anyway, i want an rpg to play over christmas
