How to change back to human?

Although I've been playing G1 for many times, but I don't how to change the nameless hero back to human form after transforming into some creatures. So, I need some help here.

In order to get the focus in the old monastery, our nameless hero need to change into a meatbug to get inside. How can he change back to human form again once inside?

Technicaly no it isnt.

Return is on the QWERTY section of the keyboard. Enter is on the Numeric Keypad.

So you were correct. Return is the correct name. Although the Enter key usualy does the same thing as the Return key so would most likely work just as well.
