Here they are:
Can I use my single player game character in a multiplayer game ?
And then can I use that leveled character again to resume playing in single player mode?
Can I move the characters with keyboard?
Is the game more dinamic than Morrowind? Or does it have an interestinng and ongoing plot?

Thanks.
1. Yes. Choose SAVE CHARACTER. It will export it to a 'premade' character which you can choose when you play multiplayer.
2. Yes. Load your saved character.
3. Yes.
*note* all of the above questions can be answered by the game manual. RTFM 
4. Dynamic? Define dynamic as it means different things to different people. Both games have storylines, but like any rpg, how satifying the story is depends solely on your ability to immerse yourself within the story.
