need medicine for orc slave he says its in lower tunnels of free mine but cant find it any help would be great thanks

Somewhere in the catacombs to his feet. Close to the other entrance. Itīs hidden. You have to climb or jump to the location.

To add to what Gorath said:
It's in a small corner on the slaves RIGHT. On your left if you're facing the slave. The corner is very dark, so you'll need a torch. It's just a small bottle named "Medicine".
