Whenever I want something from a trader I go to the item and click action and right. This moves the item to the middle of the screen but it always does 10 items a time. How do I move just 1 item when a merchant has more than 10?

Use the left and right TURN keys for one at a time (Q and E on the alt keymap); use shift+ right/left strafe (A or D) to get 100 at a time.
