For 2004. What are the top 10 new games that you want to play/buy?
(I am lucky...my friend manages a game store)
My current greed list consists of these prime targets...
1. Doom3 (PC/XBOX)
2. Halo2 (PC/XBOX)
3. Thief3(PC/XBOX)
4. Fable(PC/XBOX)
5. Ninja Gaiden(XBOX) - this even has 8-bit 1,2,3 as unlockables
6. Tenchu: Return from Darkness(XBOX)
7. Star Wars - Republic Commando(PC/XBOX)
8. Jade Empire(PC/XBOX)
9. Black 9 (PC/XBOX)
10. Mech Assault 2(XBOX)
Shadowrun(XBOX)...just a rumor at this point

Hmmm... I'm not sure my list adds up to 10, but let's see:
1. Half Life 2
2. Doom 3
3. World of Warcraft
4. The Fall
5. Fable
6. Call of Cthulhu
7. Dungeon Siege 2 (maybe)
8. S.T.A.L.K.E.R
And that's about it...

And I'm also interested to see how Ninja Gaiden turns out. Not interested in Doom3, but I am eager to see where its engine turns up, and I will be checking out Fable but I'm not too confident about it.
There's a Shadowrun gmae coming on Xbox? 
Got any links? I couldn't find any info, but while searching I found out about "Black 9" which sounds interesting...

Shadowrun was reported as a sidenote in Game Informer(free mag with gamestop card) a few months ago. I just did a search and found the following web-site that claims it has been beta-tested and will hit store shelves soon for PS2 & XBOX. This looks fake as hell. If you read their information they know nothing about Shadowrun, have no screenshots, and no real information. And they don't even seem to realize that the XBOX has a hard-drive. Also, they have no resume...no games under their belt.

Now, the sidenote in Game Informer looked like a single-player game with some of the developers from the Genesis game. Sadly, I threw that issue away. I certainly hope this is not the Shadowrun game...this would really suck!!!

Ah!! I almost forgot!! I am also ([/i]very eagerly) awaiting "Gothic 2: The Night of the Raven" in English (oh please, if there is a merciful God in Heaven, he will give us this game!).

I found that issue of Game Informer. This rumor is awesome...
January 2004/page 28/Loose Talk section
Basically it says that Bungie is going to revive Shadowrun for the Xbox. It says they are working with the author Jordan Weisman.
This is AWESOME. Hopefully this is true!!!
