I can only move around as a bloodfly.. I can't fly upwards and hover?

Whatever you want to climb has to have at least a little angle to it.
If it is a short jump up try Hitting the jump key or the fight key, this helps sometimes.
As a bloodfly I have been everywhere in the colony, even on the very top of the tallest mountains.

It's a shame there's no Dragonfly morph spell. That way you could fly, so very high, into the sky, like a dragonfly.

It's a handy tool to see the end of the world with no " magic barrier".Shame it's all white above the twin waterfalls(it would be a great escape).
