i just got a chest plate and it says this can turn into somthing really special...what do i need to turn the chest plate special? Also what is the dragon heart used for?

This is not the spoiler forum, so I have to tread carefully here!
The special breast plate is an easter egg ... it involves some odd items and a map.
The dragon heart ... well, when the time comes the Dwarven King will tell you all you need to know about. You will get the information as long as you follow the main story.
