Newbie Problem : NOTR Strength

New here.
I beat the gothic 2 before.
Now I'm playing the Gold Edition.

PROBLEM!!!
I'm a level 22 paladin now,killed Raven. (Sounds Good)
I got a Strength problem.
I can't even handle a LONG SWORD!!!!
I dunno why I need 10 learning points for 5 Strength...
Is it a bug ? Or something...
Here's my character stats and hope you guys can help me!!!

Level 22 Paladin
Strength : 72 (Rings and belt and that kind of things incuded)
Strength : 50 (Rings and belt and that kind of things not incuded)
Dex : 26 (Rings and belt and that kind of things incuded)
Dex : 22 or something (Rings and belt and that kind of things not incuded)
One-Hand Weapon : 62% (With 6% extra)
Two-Hand Weapon : 39%
Others :
Pick Locks : Learned
Pick Pocket : No
Skinning : Learned (Form Bosper)
Stone Paper Lang : 30 learning points (Learned all of them)
And a few other not important things I had learned.

It is not a bug. But you need more learning points to increase your attributes.

10-30: 1LP each attribut point
31-60: 2LP
61-90: 3 LP
91-120: 4LP
from 120: 5LP

Learn till 80-90 strength and then use all bonuses (read stone tablets, use potions, eat apples).
