Where can i find spell vendors

Where can i find spell vendors ? if anyone has a specific place please write it down for me

Cfmdobbie already answered this for you in another thread, but what the heck. People that cast spells probably have spells to sell, and people that cast spells are often mages and mages often hang out in mage guilds.

I hate to pick on a new poster, but you ought to try to hunt around a little and find some of this stuff out for yourself. It's pretty easy to do, and exploring is part of the fun of the game.
