Dwarven Council Member

I can't find the Dwarven Council Member, Eolus. I've gotten back the Axe of Stone and talked to the King to let him know about his brother the traitor. I then went back to the town, Glenborus and he is not there. In fact when I arrived the Axe of Stone was already back in place. But no Eolus... any ideas where he has gone?? Really need the help on this one. Thanx.

Try the house south of the Axe of Stone.
