Just finishing up in Chap4, and when I go to the spooky stone circle where Angar should be he is not anywhere to be found. Does anyone know whats up with this? Is it a bug or has he gone somewhere else?

I have seen him in the castle at one stage. And also near the mine quite close to the stone circle/tomb.

At this stage he has probably already left the VoM. He is at Bengar's farm.  |

In chapter 4, Angar can be found in 3 places:
1. At the start of chapter 4, in the castle.
2. Near the stone circle/tomb.
3. At the camp fire, near the cave where Marcos was.
If you already got the amulet, then you won't find him near the tomb.
In chapter 5, you find him at Bengar's farm. |

Thanks for all the replies - very strange. I originally ran into him at the castle, he told me about his special amulet. I went to the stone circle (where he should be, played this before) and he was not there! When I left the VoM he was at Bengar's farm. Sounds like other people have had the same problem. |

In this game, many events are triggered by one or more events that happened previously. In this particular case, the presence of Angar near the stone circle stomb is triggered by AT LEAST of of 2 former events:
1. if you talked to Angar in the castle.
2. or if you did not talk to him, but you talked to Gerond.
It is also possible that once you killed all 4 dragons, the event was turned off. What you can do is just get the amulet then go to meet him at the camp fire near Marcos's cave and you you get full credits for it( 750exp for returning the amulet + 350exp for talking to him there ). |

Thanks for the tip - I had already killed all the dragons when I went to go find his amulet. I'm guessing that's what made the quest funny. |
