Water effect not showing/bug
   

I got a GF4 4400 but the water in game is really weird. It is rainbow coloured most of the time or just plane flat water (no effects). and whenever i have a water body in view it flickers/flashes the whole screen

HELP!

I have the latest Nvidia drivers and Win 98 SE

Did you turn pixel shaders on in cfg menu before you start game? (option in autorun screen)?

yup i did. THe water still has that nice ripple effect but its all screwed up. Apparently other people also have had this problem and it corrects it self after rain of all things
