From beginning of game I was looking for opportunity to learn magic.
No I am level 6, I am in no camp and I still know nothing about magic (I just know were to buy scrolls, but this is not what I am talking about).
And then I found these books called First circle of Magic, Second circle of Magic (in Chronos shop)...
I bought both of them. And nothing happened. When I use this book I just see name a description of spells in it, but I am not able to cast them.
So how I can learn to cast them, Am I doing something wrong?

If you are motivated to become a mage, start saving skillpoints.
(about 70-90 should be enough at the moment)
Join the Old Camp
Once you reached the end of chapter 2, you can become a
Fire Magician, then go from there.
(Sect Camp and New Camp are huge NO NO's for Mages)

But I completed all quests in old camp. But I am not able to defeat any hero in arena. I have bow skills, but when I use sleep scroll and bow and defeat him, nothing happens (Diego still says me, that I must defeat someone in arena)...
Maybe there is also one more problem. I am 6th level and spent all exp points (some of them on mana level). Will it be possible for me to become fire magician...?)? |

After solving all quests in the three camps and not killing any monsters you are level 7-8...

You can reach the 'class' "Fire Mage" in the end of the second chapter, requiring you to be able to take out at least one tough enemy.
However, with dexterity bonus rings, decent armor, and a bow, and the life you have at the point you reach 10-14
(wich is possible without spending any skillpoints) you are able to finish that quest and still save your skillpoints to the time you can become a fire mage.
