Blade quest problem! help

i got the quest when u gonna free the milo girl in the minestry of truth ( the big flying object in the sky above the temple in vivec) how do i do it? When i get in there teh guards attack me, and the key is in the guards room...aneyone made this quest??

I used the Amulet of the shadows (chameleon 80%) she is in the cell on the far right. In general any chameleon spell will work.

This is where I am too, I can levitate to that flying rock but all the doors are locked with 80+ point locks and I no longer have any scrolls for that high of a lock. Am I missing something here? Is there a key available for these doors?
