Teleporter doesn’t work
   

I’m in the Naga Temple Relic Area but I can’t leave it. I have obtained the “eye of the sigil” when I killed the Naga queen, the I have obtained the relic item “Robes of Regeneration” then I went to the sigil of the serpent, I just put the "eye of the sigil" on the sigil of the serpent on the wall, then the teleporter starts active then I step on the teleporter but nothing append. Can you help me; is there a bug or something?
