IMO, I recommend getting a few more levels and get your crossbow skill at least to 30. Then be sure you can kill an Orc Elite in the New World and a Dragon Snapper. Not that you can handle whole crowds of them, but be able to handle one at a time. Then you can try a quick trip to the Valley of Mines to look around.

Almost all the quests given by Vatras mentioned in this thread are in the expansion NotR. In the normal games he only gives you two or three quests.

I cant remember what lvl i was wheni went to chapter 2 but i went on a killing rampage, hardly using the Ram cheat at all. But i found out after that i shouldnt have.
I mean its good for leveling up and all but the game gets too easy after.
I was told that chatper 2 is just suppose to be a sneak in sneak out thing.
Use a transform scroll and go right to the castle.
