Stone Tablets (NOTR) ?
   

What do i do with the Stone Tablet of Life, Dex etc? I try to use them but i just get a reply that he can't read it or something like that.

You must first learn the ancient languages from the watermages, after that you can read the stone tablets and you'll get a bonus for the specific skill/attribute.

Erimit and Myxir can learn you the languages.
