Er, Where is that prison...

Where's the prison Canthar gets sent to after you rat him out to Lord Andre? I heard he eventually comes back out and you can't buy anything from the merchants until you pay him 500 gold, unless you kill him in prison, which I intend to do!

The prison is just left near Lord Andre (at least when he is in the bulding reading).
