well ive seen alot of question about skills
but no one ever talking about skills themselevs!!
like now i have master in second skill in two handed weapon.but when i look at my skill sheet i see i have only 10 percent training.
how the hell do you incresse this percentage?? please help
im nearing the end game and i want to see this game to the full.

This 10% is only for critical strike and not for learning this skill.
