where are nhirbadon (warlock's ring) and sargon (fighter)?

i am looking for the warlock's ring as told to me by khajit (i think that's right) he said it in in a cave on a small island west of bal fel called nhirbadon. however, i dont know where any of these places are.

also, i am looking for sargon. it is for a quest in the fighter's guild. anyone have any ideas? it says that its SW of Vas. i searched all over though. help!

On that SARGON--I also have been looking for the same place for hours. However,my journal entry says Sargon is North of Maar Gan. Its not North of Maar Gan either. Covered every inch of that entire area. Weird.

its on the large island south of Vos jsut look all over it was hidden pretty well
