Used consol for item.. won't accept them for 3d trail

I ravaged the caves way early in the game and sold everything

I was able to find the Shadow Shield and I bought the courpus Weeping

But I had to use the "Add item" command in the consol for the Dagmoth Cup. Everything is correct and looks good, however the third trial dude won't take the items.
He just says to bring him the items. I dumped anything that may look like a duplicate (2 of same thing) nothing helps! Is this a bug?
He told me about the forth trail but never took the items!!!
Is this a bug? Did I do something wrong??

I don't remember this one but same things can be solved like that:

1-use the console to create the item in the container\place it must be.
2-Exit the area
3-Save
4-Load
5-Return & take the item.
