How to get to Sotha Sil?
   

I'm in a room with two switches but only one can be on at any one time. But u need both on? How do i get past it and into the room behind the two doors?

Wait until the sound, hit the second switch that opens up the inner door, and bolt thru when the outer door opens. Might want to be invisable too, to avoid confrontation with the construct that will trot out
