Deus Ex: Gunther's killphrase

I just got through playing for a fourth time in two years (it's still a blast), and was wondering...

What has to happen in order to get Gunther's killphrase? Last time I played I hacked into Manderleys workstation and was able to get it. This time, I checked Mr. Manderley's workstation and it had an option to decrypt it, but then said it was unavailable. At least I think it was Manderley's machine. It may have been Gunther's. Anyway...

Does it have anything to do with whether you kill Anna Navarre in the 747? That's the only thing I can thing of that would make a difference (I killed her this time around).

As much fun as it is killing Gunther "manually", it's even more fun standing there watching him go nuts and then explode.

*** SPOILER***

The only way I know to get Gunthers Killphrase is to speak to Jamie (Doctor) on your way out of the UNATCO compound when you escape from "down below". He will then ask what he should do. If you tell him to get out now and find Tracer Tong he will meet you in Hong Kong and give you an upgrade module (I think it's an upgrade, it's been about a year since I played it last) BUT if you tell him to hang on and see what he can find out, you will find him in the cafe in Paris where he will tell you the Killphrase.

Yes, that's it! I forgot Jaimie was the one who told me the killphrase last time in Paris. This time around, I told him to get out of UNATCO and meet me in Hong Kong. Mystery solved. Thanks.
