Secret features in Morrowind?

I've read in this interview that Morrowind contains some features which were not activated because the hardware was not ready. Is it already known what features? And is it possible to activate them? Maybe they are cool looking graphical effects.

Yea I knew that I was just...uh...testing you, yeah thats right testing you, well those features were just things that were left out of the first game and the expansions, nothing much prolly. Maybe because of Todd's not saying specifics they were not really there, thats my guess, but also Todd seems very reluctant to say anything specific.

You might want to look at the Morrowind FPS Optimizer:

http://www.morrowind.nm.ru/
http://www.lowgenius.net/Games/Morrowind/mwind_fps.asp

It's usually used to reduce your FPS by restricting view and detail settings to a higher degree of granularity than the game usually allows, but it can be used to push your viewing distance out further than is normally allowed, and on ATI cards enable TRUFORM polygon smoothing, which has to be seen to be believed. Unfortunately the screenshots at the official site appear to be offline.
