She-who-must-be-obeyed (apologies to Badger for the blatant plagiarism) is the adventure fan of the family, so I've bought a few games for her over the years trying to get her hooked on gaming. One that I bought her back in the day is Sanitarium. Well, I find myself in a gaming rut, so I thought it might be fun to put the strategy and RPG games away for a bit and try an adventure. Haven't really played many- DotT, old King's Quest, old Leisure Suit Larry- and don't think I ever finished any of them.
Am I in for a treat?
I finished Act 2 this afternoon and will probably try to knock out Act 3 tonight. _________________ =Proud Member of the Non-Flamers Guild=

I thought Sanitarium was outstanding, although it's been a while since I've played. I recall it was made by Dreamforge, who made several excellent games. I remember it was bizarre and sometimes disturbing, but a good story and decent puzzles. |

Fairly good game, although it was quite short. I'm guessing ~15 hours.
Certainly a nice change of pace, though. _________________ =Proud Member of the Non-Flamers Guild=
