Another Televani question
   

I got a quest from Neloth to retrive a cloak of the Drake i believe. I found the lady who found it and bribed her up to 100 and she said "I have it but it's not for sale." so i taunted her into battle, she attacked me until I was 2/3 dead then I killed her, when I did it was reported as a crime and I got explelled and attacked (she attacked first)

Any help appreciated
