joining the new camp

if I have already given the message from the Old Mine to Diego, can I still do enough tasks for Lares in the New Camp to join?

Welcome to the forums,

Try if you can to ask spoiler type questions, in the spoilers forum then you may get more informative answers, so i will give a very limited answer, yes, when Diego gets the list from you he says "that will get you a few brownie points" (750xp) i think. After that there is an opportunity to join the rogues, then merc's later.
