I apologize if this has already been discussed, I was unable to find anything, though.

When I sell things to merchants they have a tendency to put it on if it is of greater value than what they are already wearing. There have been times when I've changed my mind, but the only way to get the equipment back would be to kill the merchant, and I really don't want to do that.

Do anyone know if that's going to be fixed or is someone working on a mod to correct that?

theres nothing really to be fixed about it , but if you want your stuff back , get a 6 or 9 second 100% chameleon spell , use Sneak and pickpocket your stuff back, that is if you have a high enough security skill.
