He sounds like a country bumkin, pretty much. When I saw him in town I almost turned the voices off.

Lord Andre was fairly well voiced. Aside from him? Noone I can think of rings a bell.

As for why they change the voices, I think it's because people in North America aren't big into foreign stuff. But then again maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. I've sorta gotten used to the crappy voices, but I still wish I could get the German sound files somehow. After I heard the Innos priest in Khorinis, who sounds like a crazed evangelist, I knew it would be worth worth the download!
