After you join a camp will you be allowed to enter the other two camps, or do you become enemies with them?.....also, can you advance the story(main plot) without joining a camp......?

You don't become enemies with them, but they don't like it if you pull a weapon on them.

You can join another camp on a very specific condition. You'll find this in the story line.

Yes, you can proceed with the storyline without joining a camp.

But you'll probaby want to become a Necromancer eventually.
