is there a -devmode for Gothic 2

I'm wondering if Gothic 2 supports a command line argument similar to -devmode for Gothic 1 (saves having to type marvin to access the console).

Those who want to whine about my accessing cheats/the console, kindly don't bother posting...

Honestly, I have no clue. Being the deranged console monkey I am, such a thing would only save the hassle and half a second of time it would waste to merely type in 'cmarvinc'.

I´m not sure. Did you try if -devmode still works?
The cheat system is still the same, only the item & NPC names are different.
