Where can I find this "special" claws for Lutero?
Normal doesn't seems to be what he wants;(

Chapter 2, old world -> there you had to kill the flock-leader-Snapper (Fajeth's quest / Garond's ore-boxes quest) This Snapper has the claws. BTW: You don't need the talent, how to take claws, for that. |

I did that quest but didn't find any interesting snappers..

i dont think it is fajeths quest. His quest is to kill snappers around the camp area. U take that quest from the militia sitting next to the fire and only when u take the quest, the snapper appears. |

Hm.. the quest is only solved if you have killed the flock leader. When you get the quest from Fajeth you must talk with Bilgot and the flock leader appears on the hill.
It doesn't suffice to kill only the other snappers. It isn't either necessary. |

Yes, what you said is correct.
There are two possibilities:
Talk with Fajeth and kill all snappers or talk also with Bilgot and kill only the leader of the snappers (or both -> more XPs).
