Stone says I need to be a higher up guard? I'm on the focus quest, should be near the end. Do I need to finish a quest or perhaps have more dex or str. I have 45 of each. |

You're far from the end. Gothic always seems to be close to the end, but it never is.
Then when you LEAST expect it, BOOM, Credits start rolling up the screen.
Guard's heavy armor never becomse available, apparently. I joined the Sect Camp after I joined the Guards.
But if you want Guard's Heavy Armor, then cheat for it. The armor looks really good. But Templar armor looks better.

I think the best looking armor you get is the one Xardas has hidden in his fallen castle. My character looked awesome once I put that baby on. |
