Snapple "Real Fact" #147

I'm having a little trouble understanding this Snapple "Real Fact" and thought the collective intellegence of the Dot could help me out with this one.

Here it is:

I think thats correct.

Check this map: http://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/maps/pm-map.gif

North is up, the sun rises in the east (in the right) and if you notice, the people who live in Chitr� will see the sun rise in the pacific.
