2005's Most Anticipated @ ActionTrip
   

ActionTrip has thrown together a list of their <a href="http://www.actiontrip.com/features/themostanticipatedpctitlesof2005.phtml" target="_blank">most anticipated games for 2005</a>, with KotOR II: The Sith Lords and Fallout 3 on the list, although FO3 seems just a little optimistic to me.

Woot! Splinter Cell 3 is on the list!

And yeah, FO3 is indeed to optimistic and I don't think it can be done in just 1 year. 2006 is a more realistic date IMHO.
