Puzzle Cube Key? Part II

After you turn the cube in you are told to bring notes to Cadius(sp?) and that the cube guy might have a key ready afterwards that opens something in the Dwermer mine.

However all he says after delivering the notes is "Yes, you already gave me the cube?"

Anyone get him to give a key?

I've thought about it and all I can think of is that he states there are marking on the cube that describe a pattern to create a key. Since the Dwermer language hasn't been translated perhaps you have to return to him after you join the expedition in Aflksdjlkdfdd(heh).
