Can anyone tell me where I can train in One Handed Weapons Level 3?

I am sorry to tell you that you can only achieve level 2 proficiency in any weapon group. But, gentle traveler, have you given any thoughts to two-handed weapon skills? By mastering the two-handed weapon attributes you will be more likely capable of wielding the most powerful weapon in all of Gothicdom. Yes, I am speaking of the infamous Nellik's Sword. This is trully the WMD that President Bush is talking about. This Nellik's Sword is very hard to find; but I can tell you this gentle traveler, if you can find this weapon, (I believe it appears in Chapter 5) you will be able to defeat any and all monsters in the game. Just remember during your adventure in Gothicdom to always be on the lookout for the infamous Nellik's Sword. This weapon is often imitated; but never equalled. I hope I have been of some help to you gentle traveler

The first part is correct, you can only train 2 levels. Raise your Str instead and get better equipment.

I can honestly say that if it wasn't for the infamous Nellik's Sword I wouldn't have been able to complete the game in such a mighty way that I did. I owe everything I did in the game to the infamous Nellik's Sword. I would agree with Mrs. Mud when she said that if you can find the infamous Nellik's Sword then you can become undefeatable
