This damn note saying "Your virtual memory is too low" keeps popping up in the middle of the game screwing up everything and causing me to shut off my computer. this happens like once every 15 minutes and is really pi$$ing me off. All I know is that the virtual memory (whatever that is) being too low isnt causing any problems. The friggin note is. how can I disable this stupid notice? _________________ Hush little baby dont say a word

Ah, same problem as me. For long time I've wanted more RAM, but I haven't had the time since I have to go so far away
I hate that virtual memory msg. It always makes my games quit before I can save.. |

Your virtual memory can be increased in windows. They say it's best to let windows manage it. Virtual memory is a swap file on your hard drive. It can't be too big lest your hard drive becomes full and nothing more can be written to it. That of course can cause a whole host of problems. Right click my computer, click the tab labeled performance, and click button for virtual memory. If you make the number too big, it may adjust it. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.

You don't want your virtual memory to be more than twice the size of your RAM. At that point, you should just buy more RAM. It's cheap enough. _________________ -=Professional Secret Agent=-

True, since it's accessing your hard drive, it's much slower and although you can run larger programs that way, the cost in speed makes it not worth the effort. _________________ Just watch out you don't stress yourself out.
