elevator in demo not moving

sorry for a stupid question but my elevator doesnt seem to be working. i have put the rope on the wheels but still no good. help!

Fix it with the rope then throw the switch on the floor?

ah yes. i could not see the switch on the damn floor. need to use torches more often.
