if you mean the console command "Set TrueGuild"
then in theroy it should change your true guild to what ever you want .. such as guard or templer so that NPC reacct accordingly to that (as if you had joined them)
but in reality i dont think it does anything i for one have never got it to work

I've never used that command, but I have used Marvin mode to create a .zen file of my hero and then modified it with a text editor and then reloaded it. Search through this forum for details, especially the "Tips on Followers" thread.
