Mithril needed for Final weapon?

I heard that for the final weapon you need two pieces of mithril...and the 4 you get in the dwarven mines I have used to make both swords. Don't tell me there's nowhere else to get it...does this mean I might as well not go any further in my game?

ouch! look for a cheat or something that will give you 2 more mithril pieces? sorry...
